MWSRA ELECTION RESCHEDULED
FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 23
The MWSRA board has rescheduled the business meeting scheduled for July 9. CASRA officers' reaction to MWSRA members' June 23 vote has suspended the merger discussions and MWSRA now needs to hold elections for officers and board members. The election meeting will be held from 7:00 to 10:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, in the auditorium at Blair HS in Silver Spring.

PAYCHECKS ON HOLD,
MWSRA AWAITS TWO BIG PAYMENTS
Unexpected delays in receiving final payments from MSI and Montgomery County Rec will hold up distribution of Spring season paychecks for a week or two. MWSRA treasurer Alan Cecilio will mail checks to members immediately upon receipt of sufficient funds to cover the paychecks.
